This book is a challenge to the destructive condemnation of legalistic religion. A call to live in the outrageously free love offered by God. Unless we live and share this liberating message of grace to the point where we are misunderstood, then we are not truly living as Jesus intended.

"This is an excellent book. I also could not put the book down and read the book all the way through. It is a great read and really draws you in. I have known Barry and Linda for about the last twenty years or so, while he has been involved in his church work. I only had hints of his early life. Barry is so transparent about what he went through in his wild days of drugs,sex and alcohol. As he told his story in all its rawness, he talks about the spiritual principles he now sees in these events. You sometimes think that when you become a Christian life gets a little easier. Barry talks about his trials and disappointments in his church work. This book has a great title. Samson's hair does grow again, and the Lord does not leave us.
